SAVE ELLIE

I am raising money for my cousin's puppy. My cousin is a single mom to two wonderful boys.  She works very hard to give them what they want and need. They have been wanting a puppy forever but they were renting. My cousin Andrea was finally able to buy her own home for her and her boys and she knew the first thing she wanted to do was surprise the boys with a puppy. She searched around a while until Miss Ellie chose her. The Coon Rapids humane society is supposed to inform you of any sickness the animals have.  They said she had kennel cough and sent them home with medication.  3 days later Ellie was pretty much clinging to life.  She was rushed to the emergency vet and found out she had a severe case of pneumonia from the humane society. Ellie is on medications but she doesn't seem to be getting better. She can barely breathe,  wont eat or drink, can't stand up without falling over, and has lost a lot of weight.  She nowmay need to be hospitalized. She is just a puppy! 15 weeks old!She shouldn't be in so much pain. The humane society has been of no help paying for all the vet bills and meds. My cousin is doing everything in her power to save this poor animal that their family loves so much.  She even had to sell her sons 4 wheeler, that she bought last year for his birthday, to help pay these bills! Its breaking my heart to see this dog hurting and if you could help with any amount of money at all for all these vet bills i know my cousin would be so thankful.  She isn't one to ask for help so i am doing it for her. Thank you so much for sharing and donating. If we get enough money after the vet bills have been paid, we will be using the rest of the money to hire a lawyer to get that place shut down. Since we have started this campaign, we have found numerous others who have gotten an animal from there and it died, or is severely sick with pneumonia. This is inexcusable.
