Help Support Flash Flood Survivor

My brave sister, Samantha Bell, was caught in a flash flood near Tehachapi, California on Thursday, the 15th of October. In her own words:
"I'm a survivor. Thursday afternoon on my drive home from work, my car was pushed off the road by a mudslide down a steep ditch into a raging flash flood. As the car filled rapidly with water, I was able to escape through the sunroof. Before I could stabilize myself, the current struck my car, flinging me into the water. My body sustained serious trauma as I fought not to drown, while being brutally ravaged by the water for several miles. My pants were ripped off of me, and I struggled against debris for intermittent breaths littered with twigs and rocks. I finally, by the grace of God, stopped on land and collapsed from exhaustion until I felt the water rising over me again. I was able to pull myself up, half-naked and soaking wet with hypothermia in the hail, and walked my torn, broken feet through the jagged desert terrain until I saw a car and ran screaming for help. Jim saw me and helped get me to his car where he tried to warm me and keep me calm until I was able to get to the ambulance. I have been to 4 hospitals and undergone many procedures since then, but my fever finally broke today and I am starting to feel better. I am so glad for my daughter, who gave me the drive to fight for my life, and for all who have expressed concern and more. I am loved, and I am alive. Thank you for your prayers."

She has been to four hospitals, taken three ambulances, been on multiple antibiotics and medications, has had pneumonia, and a couple of surgical procedures. She lost her purse and everything in it, including her wallet (which had at least $200 worth of cash and gift cards), her phone, her daughter's brand new car seat, her breast pump, and a new jacket.
