The Virginia Beach Community along with the Thigpen and Palmer Family is saddened to announce the passing of Alphonso "Gorilla Zo Bill" Thigpen. Alphonso passed away on January 6, 2018 in Virginia Beach, VA. Zo Bill was a fixture in the Virginia Beach and Plaza communities where he was a loving Son, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Friend, Cousin, and Nephew. Zo Bill had been receiving treatment for a heart condition which worsened each day. All funds go to his mother Annie "Cloateen" Thigpen and Beach Funeral Services who is in charge of his arrangements.
