Last time I can see my twin.

My twin brother has been given 2 weeks to live. We are 1200 miles apart. He has no family with him. I so very much want to be there for him. He was diagnosed with Luekemia in August of 2013, had chemo and was able to come home. After getting home he felt much better. He got stronger, felt like he was going to be ok. And he was, for a while. He decided to move back to Colorado because he felt so much better and had his comedy show to return to. He felt great and was doing well. Two days ago he felt a crushing chest pain and went to the hospital with what he thought was a heart attack. Turns out his luekemia is back and the Dr. told him today that he has only 2 weeks to live. He won't be coming home this time. The thought of him dying, so far away, all alone, is breaking my heart. Please help me to get to him.
