Team Matt against JDM
Bless you Baby ! I Pray you are healed by GOD's hand! Your are PRECIOUS!
I heard about your story on KBTX here in College Station. I just wanted to say that Matt & the family is in my prayers. I pray & hope that God will cure this handsome little man.
I'm so glad Matt is the fighter that he is. To go through so much and still fight like he does means God has a reason for all of this. Ya'll are in my prayers daily.
My name is Sherri Welch. I am from College Station and I saw the article in The Eagle today about your son. My daughter, Rachel had dermatomyositis when she was seven. At that age she began to complain that her legs hurt and that it was hard to walk. After many tests she was diagnosed with dermatomyositis. We began IVIG treatments at Scott and White in Temple. She went once a month for two day IV treatments. She was very weak and could not dress herself or even hold a glass of water. The treatments began to help her get better. She continued them for three years. She was released from the doctors when she was in 4th grade. She is now 19 and is a freshman at Texas A&M. She does not have any signs of the disease and is a normal young adult. I hope that this gives you some hope for your son. I will be praying for you and your family.
I printed the poster out and handing them out Beverly is taking one to her Church tonight
Matt is a strong little fighter and you can't help but live that little smile. No child should have to go through this, but God will watch over him. Love you Matt. Love Aunt Cindy
