Britny Maldonado was diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) around this time last year and underwent chemo and went into remission. With breaking hearts we have learned the AML has returned. She now has to undergo intense chemo and will require a bone marrow transplant.
She has two wonderful boys and an amazing husband. Britny is a loyal and caring friend and a calming presence to be around and an inspiration to anyone who meets her or hears her story. It pains all of us who know her to see her and her family have to go through this, but she is a fighter through and through and will destroy this cancer once and for all. As Britny would say #GODISBIGGER and we know that he will watch over her and her family.
