Help us get out of here

We got notice that our landlord is most likely going to give EVERYONE their eviction notice as soon as next month's rent comes and there is no where we could actually rent in the area. The only thing we have really found as of yet is a house listed at about $30000 which the bank that owns it said in order to get a loan for it we need at least 20% down and $3000 for closing fees. Our case is currently being reviewed by the board of the bank and the monthly payment will be about what we are paying now in rent if we get the required money for the down-payment and closing costs and everything goes correctly. The house we are looking at is not in the best condition but is at least decent quality and we wouldn't be unable to do anything because of having a landlord that is literally being taken to court by the town for refusing to put any of the necessary money to maintain or fix the trailer park after she was given notice by the city that she had to remove or fix all of the destroyed trailers. Due to this we may be out our only option for a home as of now and if somehow she does keep this place we would continue to have to live fixing all issues we can without being an electrician ourselves and having any electrical issues ignored because an electrician is to expensive for her.  She had also received a deal with a pest control company to completely exterminate all of the trailer park for $500 and refused leaving us all with massive roach, bedbug, and flea problems which would easily cost any one of us more than that to have removed on our own and if they aren't removed from the entire park the next time she "treats" a trailer (bombs) all it will do is run them into the walls and the other trailers again. When we moved in this trailer had NO bugs and we did not bring them in they came flooding in when another trailer got bombed. She has a problem with us having a clothesline outside as well even though she refuses to even get a dryer hookup for us which makes the clothesline a necessity.
