Children's preschool in Cambodia

We need your help! Hearts and Hands for Cambodia is a non profit organization that is the sole financial support for Sobbhana Daycare Center Preschool in Battambang Cambodia. We have been supporting them for the past 12 years. However without your help we will not be able to meet the budgetary requirements to keep the Center open through 2014. We are asking you to support our operating budget with your donation for 6 months until we can find a more permanent solution. We support 75 children ages 3-6 who come from several villages surrounding the Center. Our program provides our students with 2 meals a day plus snack, preschool classroom activities divided by age into 2 classrooms, organized and free play, nap time, bath time, and most of all a safe, secure, and loving environment for them to be children. Our children come from 8 of the poorest villages surrounding the Center. We believe that our preschool gives the children a head start in education, important nutrition for growth, and personal hygiene which helps prevent disease.
