What better way to mark the end of the Attic's 20th year than jumping into a freezing cold river tay on new years day. 3 of us will be taking part in the New Years dook and to make it a bit less painful we hope to raise some money in the process.
The Attic has been working with the young people and families of Dundee for 20 years. After moving from the hilltown it has spent the past 6 years in Kirkton providing youth, family and community support for the estate running a variety of free services. Kids and youth clubs; community lunches; creative workshops; community gardening; welfare rights sessions; adult literacy support and volunteering opportunities.
As with any charity we rely heavily on funding for our work to continue and every little helps!
