Due to bigotry and bad policy getting Gender Confirmation Surgery is an uphill battle and I am lucky if I can even put aside 50 dollars a month for surgery.  due to misinformation in the media people think it's "Cosmetic" or "Optional", but the reality is it's just as necessary for my health as any other medical operation.
