Dont want to be homeless

My name is Renee . I have 2 children. Currently I have been going through a divorce and because my husband owned home before our marriage I get nothing. I currently have a domestic violence case as well as a stay away order but order is only temporary until january 19th. I was ordered to start finding housing and at this point I have exhausted all my options. I am not eligible for anything at all because I am still married even though he has stopped all support. Every corner I turn I am shut down and just told to go to a shelter. I have called them all everyday thus far and just keep being told they are all full. I do not want to be homeless with my children. Their biological father has been doing all he can to make sure we have what we need to get through each day but there is nothing more to do to get us a safe place to go. Any help would be very much appreciated to give us the start we need. I will be working full time as well to maintain a home for us. We just need the initial help to get into our new safe home.
