The Brickmasters FIRST Lego League

Who we are:
We are a FIRST Lego League Team named The Brickmasters. Jake, Kaden, Jackson, Trevor, Travis, Landon and Ethen. Each fall semester, Lego Education, along with FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) offers a challenge to teams worldwide. We are one of those teams. In the picture above we attended Lego League for the first time last year. This is our second year.


What we are doing:
Our challenge this year relates to trash management and reduction. First, we build a Lego robot and complete missions that follow the trash theme. Second, we reach out into the community and help to find a solution to trash problems. Third, we do everything as a team and work on the core values provided by Lego. In the picture above we are volunteering with our community "For The Love of The Lake" at White Rock Lake in Dallas. 


Why we need support:
We are encouraged to fundraise in order to pay for our expenses and learn about what it takes to run a team. We need money to pay for registration to our tournament in December, extra parts for our robot, team t-shirts, items for our community project, and trinkets to share with other teams at the tournament to show good sportsmanship and well wishes.


Ways to help:
We are asking for sponsors to make a donation in ANY amount to help support us. No amount is too small. This last picture is the team last week at their first scrimmage this year. Wish us Luck in December!! And Thank You!!
