As the reigning Mrs. Central California United States 2014, I will compete with other married women from the State of California on April 13, 2014 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Center for the title of Mrs. California United States! With your donation, in any amount, I am one step closer to making my dream a reality. I am $500 dollars away from my goal for the initial entry fee and the time is NOW for that money to be payable.
I am proud to represent our Central Valley and decided to pursue this goal as a means to showcase the richness and quality of life Central California has offered my family. With my husband and son, we have been blessed with a simpler way of life in an area where "the American dream" is still VERY achievable!
Participating in The Mrs. California United States pageant gives me an opportunity for both personal growth and platform development to which I can bring enlightenment about my civic commitments. I am a stay at home mother, with a dedication to support "at risk" women and children in our communities. Although my platform is broad, it gives me the flexibility to help more and to be more visible, on a larger scale. I am also an active member of the Junior League of Fresno and MOMS Club - Clovis/Sanger Chapter and an official NICU Baby Cuddler with Regional Community Medical Center.
The Mrs. California United States pageant is open to all married women 21 and older. There are 3 facets of competition; panel and onstage interview with qualified judges, swimsuit (fitness) and evening gown. The winner will represent the Golden State at the Mrs. United States pageant in Las Vegas in July. The Mrs. United States pageant is considered the premier pageant showcasing the accomplished, articulate, beautiful community oriented married women of the U.S.A.
