Nick’s Chance To Ride!

Hello everyone! My little brother, Nicholas, has Angelman Syndrome and has no ability to walk, talk, or do any daily functions by himself. This puts a strain on my mother who has to physically carry him everywhere (at 160 pounds) which is why it is an absolute blessing that I am able to be a caretaker for him.
One day I decided to take Nick for a drive around in my Mustang and I told him I was going to “hit it”. When he was pulled back into the seat with the sound of my exhaust growling loud, I saw the most explosive smile on him I’ve ever seen. It was then that I decided to begin my journey in making him a side-car for my motorcycle.

My dream for a very long time has been to make something for Nick to be able to ride with me while I make videos. This is so that he can experience the same joys that I and millions of others do every day! I actually found an awesome guy who is willing to work with me on this project, and he is offering to cut all labor costs! The parts just have to be paid for which is coming out to $2700. This includes the fully customized parts and the shipping of my current motorcycle to his shop and back.
The two pictures below are a more simple version of what he can make, but it will definitely be bulkier and suited for Nick's size and disabilities.
He wants to add a racing seat for Nick to keep him in place and a 5-point harness to protect him further. The project is still ongoing and I will be updating you all throughout the process so you know exactly what's going on and what is being done with the side-car!
