Hello,
I am Police Chief Bryan Phelps of Sweden Twp. Police Dept. Potter Co., Pa. As a department and community we are raising funds to replace a MUCH needed asset - a K-9 narcotics dog. Myself along with my Township supervisors made our K-9 available to every LE dept., school, public event(educational purposes), for free as well as through out the local region. The nearest K-9 to our community is two hours away. Our area is not exempt from drugs, the use of drugs can lead to other crimes such as assaults, robberies, thefts ect.. A K-9 will not stop these, but is a great tool and deterant to keep them in check. Your donations are greatly appreciated and will assure that this resource is available once again in our county/region.......Keeping our communities safe.
