Kitten Feliciano’s Surgery

This is Felicano, a one and a half year old kitten, who’s currently undergoing an crucial, yet very expensive surgery. A two foot long cord was caught and wrapped around his tongue, down his throat, and balled in his small intestine.He was found under a car in a dirty parking lot, completely alone, hungry, and dehydrated. Please, time is running out. Help give him another chance at life.
