A cause I care about needs help

Project Graduation is a long-standing tradition for the newest Eastern High School Alumni.  On graduation night, parent/guardian volunteers will hold an event offering a fun drug, tobacco, and alcohol-free atmosphere.  Games, prizes, food and entertainment are provided free of cost to these graduates during this lock-in event.

The Project Graduation Committee is very thankful for all gracious donations. Your support helps keep our kids safe on a very memorable night of their lives.  The cost to produce Project Graduation 2019 will be approximately $25,000.  Our goal is to provide each attending senior, with a $50 gift card or gift in addition to the event costs.  The goal cannot be accomplished without strong community, family, and friends support. 

High school graduation is a time for celebration and a time of transition, a time for looking forward and looking back.  Sharing precious moments and memories with classmates, friends and family.  It brings on a complex of emotions: excitement and a sense of accomplishment mixed with many emotions that accompany the end of a journey.

Things get worse when graduation night arrives.  The percentage of automobile fatalities that involve alcohol jumps from 33 present to 40 percent on graduation night.  Please help keep these students off the streets and help us provide a safe, fun, entertaining event.
