Laser Back Surgery for Bertrum

Our beloved 2 year old dachshund needs laser back surgery. He has had 3 back episodes with partial temporary paralysis in the past six months. Despite his age, this condition seems to only be getting worse with time despite weight management, crate training, and overall cautiousness regarding physical activity. He needs to get this surgery in Dallas, TX (approx 1.5 hrs from our home) as soon as possible before he becomes fully paralyzed. This money will go towards the cost of the surgery (approximately $1,400) and post-op care/visits. Please help us, my husband and I are graduate students working off a limited income, but we have to get this surgery for Bertrum. He's not just a pet to us, he's our family.
