Help the Polhill Family After the Fire!
Ray Polhill told us they are looking into getting a storage unit :) And donations can still be dropped off to the Oak Valley Clubhouse on Princeton Blvd at the baseball fields from 6-8 this evening.
Hi Jamie, The Polhill Family was scheduled to receive a delivery on Valentine's Day of a Fruit Basket for the kids. We have been unable to make the delivery of course, as a result of the fire. I would like to know where I can deliver the fruit bouquet, and we plan on adding some special touches! Can you call me at 856-753-4383 to discuss? Thank you! Fran
I have a few friends who would like to donate this weekend. Have weekend hours and a place been established yet?
My heart and Prayers go out to the Polhill family at this, the most tragic time of their young lives. I wish our donations could replace the irreplaceables that had accumulated over the years, but I Pray that they will be able to keep the wonderful family memories they have stored up alive . Sincerely, Frank and Lila Dooley Knew many families there during the 60s thru the 90s. One of my oldest and best friend lived in Oak Valley. Maybe some of you might remember him and his family, The were Jim and Helen Moss and they had four children, 3 boys and 1 girl. They all attended RC grammar school and attended the local RC Church. I bowled on the Church Bowling League back in the 60s or 70s,(?). I'm fast approaching 84 yrs of age, (May 23rd), and my memory ain't what it used to be. Many fine memories of the area. Moved from Bellmawr, NJ 10/7/94, to Las Vegas, NV. Been on vacation ever since.
i wish i could donate more then what i have ...but i feel that by sharing this as many times as i can i am helping in my own way ...i wish the very best for the Polhill family .....
Mrs. Polhill - I was shocked to hear this at Hawthorne on Monday. My thoughts are with you and your family. Some parents have already given me clothes/shoes and I will arrange to drop them off to the clubhouse. Please take care. Mrs. Doyle
Not sure if anyone thought of this but is there a storage unit in the area where some of the items donated can be stored until they are needed? Obviously they are not going to need everything until their home is rebuilt or they find another home to live in. Can someone try talking to a storage unit in the area that may donate one to the family. It's just a thought.
Its can be donated at address listed below. Clubhouse is open from 6-9pm every night this week. Weekend hours are being established.
Today, the 12th. Where can clothing be dropped off?
what street is this? I grew up on Muhlenberg.
They are now in a hotel, and will start looking for a rental home in the Valley. At that time any household items will be needed.

Where can we donate clothes/food/toys, etc? I live across the street and want to help as much as I can!!
Please inform me where I can drop off donations and for how long is the drop off going to be held to do so. Iam so sorry to hear this tragedy for this family if there is anything we can do for the parents and children don't hesitate to contact me, we are a military family and to help and donate is nothing we wouldn't do for any family in need.
