Get Fred's Car Back!

My roommate Fred had to take out a title loan last year to pay rent at his old place. This morning they repossessed the car. If we can raise enough money, we can get the car Back! The quicker we raise the money, the quicker we can get the car back. Fred is not well, and he needs the car to get to his medical appointments. It is our family's only mode of transportation.
