Marathon 2019- Run Lyns Run

I have set myself the challenge of completing the Larne half marathon and the Belfast full marathon this year in order to raise money for The Simon Community and Lifeline charities. Unfortunately a lot of sites are unable to link your funds to two charities so I have had to do it this way but I can guarantee you that both charities will get your amazing donations. 

I had never ran longer than 10k before and never even pictured myself as a runner...not really but I always said I would try to complete Belfast one year..."one year". In September I signed up but didn't want to tell everyone until I got some miles under my belt. So this year... is "the year".

I am pleased to say I have had a huge amount of support already and I know that these are two amazing charities that can benefit. I feel very passionate about helping the homeless and small acts of kindness so I felt The Simon Community was a great charity to support. I also know about the fantastic work the Lifeline charity does for so many people who don't know where to turn or who to talk to.

Any money you can donate would be amazing and really help to benefit the people who use these charities. I know the stories behind them keep me running on those long training runs.
