Cesar Cortes Funeral

On January 14, 2020, Cesar Cortes was the victim of school campus gun violence at Bellaire High School. Unfortunately he did not make it, and passed away in the evening time at the young age of 19. Cesar was a rising star, with big plans of joining the army in June of this year. He was loved by his family, his friends, his JROTC colleagues and everyone that came in contact with him. We mourn the loss of such a great human being. We are opening a campaign as a result of the huge outpouring of requests by so many friends wanting to plant a seed in his honor. The family will donate a portion of all funds to the local JROTC in Cesar's name. An equal portion will be allocated to cover unexpected funeral expenses.
