Help Get Car Back

Hi we are a family of 7 and we recently moved to florida to get my daughter treatment at neumors childrens hospital, it's been an extremely hard transition with kynleighs health declining and spending 90% of our time Inpaitent or back and fourth to doctor appoint ments and therapies gas and tolls are hurting us badly amd on top of regular bills even 5$ helps right now :(
