Tosha’s Recovery And Living Expensis

Liver disease for our family has come out of nowhere twice. When we catch it, this is what it looks like. Ammonia levels sky rocketed and their skin turning completely yellow. This time it’s affecting three beautiful children. Tosha was taken to Paulding County Hospital Tuesday afternoon, she was quickly taken back because of her physical state. After a few tests the doctors came back with a diagnosis of liver failure. Needless to say our family was in complete shock. A little over 4 years earlier we had faced the same thing with Tosha’s father. The process with Tim was long and such a difficult road that when it was resolved we truly believed we would never have to face it again as long as we took care of his new liver properly. Little did we know our previous situation would only prepare us for the sudden shock of the same situation in Tims own daughter. Tosha is expected to be taken off of the ventilator when her ammonia levels go down. That way she isn’t combative and the medical staff can explain to her exactly what is going on. She has a long road ahead of her with maintaining her health and recovery. We are making this page to help with the living expenses, doctor bills, food . . . ect. Mainly to help take some of the financial burden away so Tosha can focus on being healthy for herself and her three babies (17, 13, and 4) Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers, and anything you can donate.
