Skydive For MIND Charity

I'm Jessica. 25 and a mum of 2. I am looking to raise money and awareness for a charity called MIND. They help those that have suffered/suffering from mental health complications. Having been diagnosed with postpartum psychosis/OCD and PND. It's a subject very close to my heart. Having faced suicidal thoughts and soul destroying depression. I know first hand how it feels to be in a very dark place like many others.

Mental health is not spoken enough about and I would like to do all I can to spread that awareness. I have decided to do a skydive as i am TERRIFIED of heights and thought I would conquer my fear whilst raising money for a great cause
