my name is miriam. i want to tell you about my mother. she sacrificed her life to save her child. she pushed my sister out of the way when a truck was coming straight to her. she instantly ran out to the street, pushed her out of the way and got hit by the truck. she was pinned under the vehicle when a group of neighbors came out to help by lifting the back end of the truck. she died shortly after, but not before leaving a message for us, she asked for us to always look out for each other. i still can't believe she is gone. she was selfless, she always thought of others before herself. please help me raise money for my family. this will help cover funeral costs and help my little sister who suffered a fractured pelvis in the accident. please read her story here: http://fox5sandiego.com/2014/01/22/mother-hit-by-truck-after-pushing-children-out-of-way/#axzz2rh0enkkg
