Cancer recovery fund

In April of 2010, I was rushed to the hospital in early morning hours where we found I had a large cancerous tumor in my stomach that broke open and started bleeding.  I nearly bleed to death before emergency surgery was finished. Later the same year the second surgery was performed to correct what was'nt completed the first time but at least I was deemed 'cancer free'. This cancer is of a very rare breed that is not respondent to chemo or radiation and has the quality of sitting for years growing very little unless it is disturbed. That one year of 2010 the bills topped $150,000; I had no insurance. We were fortunate enough to get grants that covered it all but we also had to utilize my retirement account to live on. Most of it was required to keep us going. Another operation in 2013 to repair the second surgery that had gone bad took us another $18,000 which today is down around $12000.  In March of 2017 we found that the cancer had over the 6 1/2 years since first found had moved to my liver. This time the oncologist said it was beyond treatment accept for a possible hormone treatment that 'may slow it down a little'. I decided what I really needed to do was find a way to cure this incurable cancer. I launched an all natural plant based diet with many suppliments to bring health to my whole body; liver included. Thankfully for these 11 months I have become a lot stronger and engertic, (which my oncologist cannot explain) but we found that the process which is not covered by insurance has been extreemly expensive.
