Me & my Violin.
Ever since I can remember, the violin and music have been my tools to express my emotions and feelings. I always wanted to share love and peace while playing my beloved instrument. It helped me cope during the difficult times of being separated from my family and loved ones when I had to flee Syria. My music helped me connect with my new friends and family in Italy, The Netherlands and The United Kingdom.
Last year my brother, a couple of great musicians and me and my violin, toured with our show, ‘Seeds: I Play With Mozart’, from Italy to Greece, crossing the Balkan, and there we performed in several refugee camps. This was our way of giving a sparkle of hope to the people in their hopeless situation. It was a live changing experience.
We’ve got the opportunity to produce an album, played from our hearts (‘Sham’) and to play in a lot of incredible cities and amazing venues. We were so lucky...
Unfortunately by accident my violin fell down on the concrete floor and broke.
I've tried to fix it a couple of times in the hopes it will bring the original sound back, but it was all without success. It really broke my heart and saddens me that I cannot play or create new music anymore. This violin is not only a musical instrument to me. It’s part of who I am.
So I am asking you, my family, my friends and colleagues, to help me do what I love to do. To get a new violin so I can work on the different projects and keep on sharing my music with all of you.
Please help me get the funds needed to buy a new violin. It would mean the world to me. Thank you so much.

Da quando riesco a ricordare, il violino e la musica sono stati i miei strumenti per esprimere le mie emozioni e sentimenti. Ho sempre voluto condividere l'amore e la pace mentre suonavo il mio amato strumento. Mi ha aiutato a far fronte durante i momenti difficili di separazione dalla mia famiglia e dai miei cari quando ho dovuto fuggire dalla Siria. La mia musica mi ha aiutato a entrare in contatto con i miei nuovi amici e familiari in Italia, Paesi Bassi e Regno Unito.
L'anno scorso mio fratello, un paio di grandi musicisti, io e il mio violino, in tour con il nostro show, 'Seeds: io suono con Mozart', dall'Italia alla Grecia, attraversando i Balcani, e lì abbiamo ci siamo esibiti in vari campi profughi. Questo era il nostro modo di dare una scintilla di speranza alle persone nella più totale disperazione. È stata un'esperienza che cambia dal vivo.
Abbiamo l'opportunità di produrre un album, suonato dai nostri cuori ("Sham") e di suonare in molte città incredibili e luoghi fantastici. Siamo stati così fortunati ...
Purtroppo per caso il mio violino è caduto sul pavimento e si è rotto. Ho provato a sistemarlo un paio di volte nella speranza che possa riprodurre il suono originale, ma invano. Mi ha davvero spezzato il cuore e mi rattrista non poter più suonare o creare nuova musica. Questo violino non è solo uno strumento musicale per me. Fa parte di chi sono io. Quindi chiedo a te, alla mia famiglia, ai miei amici e colleghi, di aiutarmi a fare ciò che amo fare. Per avere un nuovo violino per poter lavorare sui diversi progetti e continuare a condividere la mia musica con tutti voi.
Per favore aiutami a raggiungere i fondi necessari per comprare un nuovo violino. Significherebbe il mondo per me. Grazie mille. Tutto quello che voglio fare è diffondere musica e amore, ispirare e rendere il mondo un posto migliore.
