17yo Isaac Melendez Attacked During Local Hike

As some of you may have heard, Isaac Melendez (17 years old) was involved in
an attack on 10/27/2018 Saturday afternoon; In which he was attacked by a stranger, who has yet to be identified.
At about 3:00 pm, Isaac went hiking alone at the local and close-by Chatsworth Park.
The panic started when Isaac’s Friends and family realized they had not heard from him in a few hours.
For Isaac, The panic started when he woke up, dragged off of the main trail, lying in only his boxers and covered in blood. Despite his injuries, He was able to find help, and was immediately rushed to the hospital.
Isaac was unconscious for roughly five hours, suffered deep cuts on his arms, legs and head, a concussion, and internal bleeding. He is currently in stable condition, and was discharged from the hospital after three days.
Not only are we trying to spread awareness of the incident and warn others hiking in the area. We are also asking today for your help in supporting Isaac, and his family.
The Goal reflects left over Medical costs that have not been paid off yet by the family.
