My Mother and Me

I am a Transgender MTF needing help for me and my mother that is 65 in this picture above. I prefer not to put up a pic of myself as of right now till I get more done to look more female and on HRT longer. We both need money to help me with transitioning expenses and money for my mother to help her with her medical bills and medicines. The money donated will also help with the costs of food, bills, clothing, and to repair our car for going to her and my appointments. We are going through a very bad time. My mother is in and out of the hospital lot and has many severe mental and physical health problems. I also as suffer from some mental and physical health problems and lately I been going thru bad hip joint pain. Please help if you can. We need it so badly.
