Black Knights Public Practice Range
Donation protected
My name is William Hall. I am a lifelong archer. I run a youth archery school in Willington, CT and I am the Connecticut Director for the National Field Archery Association.
Growing up, I spent many weekends shooting on the feild archery course located in the Nye Holeman State Forest in Tolland, CT. This course was, and still is, a completly free public open archery range. For years the course was kept up by the Black Knights Archery Club. As the members got on in age, the club disolved and the range fell into disrepair.
I recently recieved permission from State for my club, KFAP Archery, to become the new stewards for this wonderful course.
My first project, which this campaign is looking to fund, will be building 4 new, large (48" square) target houses on the main practice range, which will provide shots up to 80 yards.
Donating to this campaign will provide a wonderful practice range, located in a beautiful public forest, that is free to all archers!
