Roof repair for Open Arms Mexico

Open Arms Childcare Ministries is a non-profit charity that provides no-cost childcare to needy families. Mexico is a third world country with no real form of childcare. Open Arms provides assistance to families who are in desperate need of these services. Open Arms' hope and prayer is to keep families together by providing them with a safe refuge during the day. The goal is to keep children out of orphanages and off the streets, and bring them into the loving arms of Jesus Christ.
We had the opportunity and privilege to help serve with Open Arms Mexico in June 2019. We were able to distribute 44 bags of groceries to daycare families, ran VBS with the kids, laid concrete and roofing for the dorms, painted the soccer field and picked up trash around the construction site.
But our work there is not done! There is a huge roof repair project that needs to be completed before the storm session hits this October. We are hoping to get your support to be able to pay for the repairs and our team's transportation to Mexico. Our next Missions trip is planned for September 20-23, 2019 and we will need to raise $5000 by September 16, 2019.
