Laser and Surgery for Ahuviya Harel

Hello Everyone, My name is Ahuviya Harel - I live in Oakland, California - I am a Transgender Woman with Intellectual Disabilites who is struggling through their fourth year of Transitioning.
When I originally started this transition, I was living in Philadelphia, PA not far from my accepting family, and had a job. No thanks to the recession, almost two years of homelessness and societal transphobia and ableism; circumstances have forced me to relocate twice. Last year I lived in Portland, Oregon - Now I live in California and plan to stay there in terms on continued residency. The laser hair removal of the unwanted male facial/body hair I am seeking will happen locally (San Francisco/Oakland/San Jose/Santa Cruz)
However, the doctor/gender identity clinic I have decided on with my genital surgery is back East in Bala Cynwyd, PA (just outside of Philadelphia, in Montgomery County) . It would mean the world to me to have my Mom and my Stepdad, by my side and close to me while having my bottom surgery. (My family can't afford to fly to California and see me, so I want to fly back and see them) So included with the cost of surgery, I need air fare covered to fly to Philadelphia and money to stay in the Philadelphia/Southeastern PA/Southern NJ area for several weeks before the surgery and after recovery from the surgery.
So in the interests of Laser Hair Removal, Bottom Surgery, and Family/Friends Reunification of the people I left behind on the East Coast, would you be able to help me achieve this long overdue and needed transition to be completed?
