They say "The road to Hell is paved with good intentions." On a subjective level, I couldn't agree more. Hi, my name is Terrard Robinson, b.k.a. LmbrJck_t, and to make this long story as brief as possible (though, ample context will be given lol), I need your help. My precious laptop, which is used solely for music production, networking for my record label, LmbrJck Dancefunkk Music Group, and collaboration with various musicians and producers is kaput. Gone. Deceased. Murked. The HP Envy 15 laptop was given to me by a mentor, and after years of use, the system has become completely non-responsive and the screen is COMPLETELY damaged. Anyone who knows me personally knows that this whole situation has gotten me in a very dark place. I can't make beats... I can't produce music...   In September, 2017, I was fortunate enough to relocate from Oklahoma to SW Oregon, where, after only a month, I was able to procure a teaching job with the local elementary school, while booking shows in the Portland, OR area that I was able to cater to. It was a super cute look, for a while... ANNNNNNND, of course, as fate would have it, I was let go from the teaching position and have been regretfully unemployed since March of 2018. To be frank, it has been exceedingly difficult to find any work in the farming/milling town I currently reside in, only an hour away from Portland; my DEMOGRAPHIC (ijs) and WORK HISTORY (customer service/helpdesk analysis) don't help things either. However... There was a silver lining in July of 2018, as I was hired for my dream job as a Budtender for one of Washington State's most recognized dispensary chains (http://haveaheartcc.com), but with the number of people working with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (11) and the lag of processing applications (more than 2,000) for new dispensary locations, none of us have started working yet. It's now almost October, 2018. I can't even begin to explain how this has affected my stress levels and sense of productivity, in addition to living within a multi-generational household of 12 other human beings and 4 dogs. As a man, I haven't been able to chip in the way I should. Simple as that. But, it's even more serious. For the first time in my life, my music is starting to get noticed by people who I admire and have wanted to work with for so long. My friend and current Erykah Badu background vocalist Durand Bernarr (http://durandbernarr.com/) called my "Love Regions" a 'bop.' High Praise, indeed!  As a result of that release, I was fortunately hit up by Blue Note Records artist Ambrose Akinmusire, who I wrote and performed a song for his October 12 release "Origami Harvest." (Be on the look out for the track 'Particle / Spectra.' on his album; I wrote and sung that.) Thankfully I was smart enough to back up everything crucial to my musical endeavors to a cloud service, so nothing is truly lost, but this has put a hold on projects that I know will take me to the next level, as timing is crucial, and I swear I'm not getting any younger (even though, I look the same as I did ten years ago, but who's counting lol?) All jokes aside, I'm looking for a legit miracle, y'all. With the amount I've calculated to raise, I could definitely repair the system I have with 1/10th of that amount, but if I could raise more to supplant my studio and business with more equipment (monitors, audio interface, compressor mic, instead of the iPhone I've been using to record vocals, etc.), I could officially begin my work, and as soon as my job with the dispensary starts, it would only get better for me, which is why I'm hoping to raise as much as humanly possible. Can you help? If so, regardless of the amount you raise, I would be more than grateful. For those of you willing to contribute, I will gladly give one album from my discography ABSOLUTELY FREE OF CHARGE. Check out my discography here (https://terrardrobinsonmusic.bandcamp.com/) or here, (https://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/lmbrjck-t/1348198432) for more info.   To conclude: TO my family,  few fans and supporters, thank you so much for reading this. I'm eternally grateful for your support in this endeavor. Erykah Badu and I, Portland, OR, April 2018. The Mission of LDMG
