Help Fight Cesar Josue’s Battle

Cesar is my friend’s son in Jalisco, Mexico. He was normal, happy, and active 7 year old boy until he was diagnosed with stomach cancer 7 months ago. Because of where the tumor is located the surgeons were unable to remove it. His parents have to drive him 4 hours to Guadalajara for chemotherapy and other treatments several times a week. Because of the distance from home, they have to stay there. Cesar has a hard working family but they are very poor. Although I, along with others have helped, it is still not enough to cover the costs of expenses. We urge you to help this boy and his family with however much you can.
