Save Garber's Pool

Essexville Garber's swimming pool is scheduled to permanently close in June if sufficient funds are not raised to complete repairs. The estimated cost is $600,000. The swimming pool has a 50 year history of supporting the health and well-being of the people in the community. We need your help.
This pool is the last remaining competition sized pool in the Essexville-Hampton Public School District. The time to raise funds is short. Now is the time to DIVE IN and CHOOSE A LANE of giving. Your donation of $20, $50, $1,000 or any amount will mean a great deal to our children and the community.
The Garber High School swimming pool holds many treasured memories. Within the school, students have learned the lifetime skill of swimming as part of the district's physical education curriculum; the girls and boys swim and dive teams have gained discipline and teamwork. Our greater community has also benefited. We have been able to provide the public with programs introducing swimming to infants, adult health and fitness classes, and family open swim. In addition, organizations like the Boys and Girls Club enjoy using the pool.
We cannot leave the next generation of students at a disadvantage in our state that is known for its Great Lakes and water sports. You can make a difference!
If sufficient funds are not raised to save the pool, proceeds will be used to support Garber's swim and dive teams. They will not be used for any alteration of the pool into other usable space.
This Go Fund Me account is in conjunction with the EHSD and all funds will be deposited into a district account for the pool.
