Financial Struggles

My daughter, Ze'Miah was born in September 2015 with a cardiac defect (Hypo-plastic left heart syndrome). Throughout her almost 3 years of life she has required multiple open heart surgeries to correct the function of her heart. In May 2018, she was admitted for a tricuspid valve replacement and everything went downhill from there. She went into cardiac arrest, twice and eventually got listed for a heart transplant in June. Luckily, Ze'Miah has received her heart (9/13) and is doing well. Unfortunately, due to myself having to stay with Ze'Miah I eventually lost my job and it's difficult for her father to work full-time while having to juggle two other children (one being insulin dependent). These past 4 months have been extremely hard on us with very little support. Although Ze'Miah has received her heart, we still need to stay in the area to attend her appointments twice a week for three weeks. With what is being raised, the money will go strictly to transportation as well as backed up bills to maintain our home and help us get back on our feet.
