Rise Up Prince William is a Non Profit organization based in Prince William County that is focused of helping people. We help people through working with existing charities, raising donations, and running programs to enhance current missions throughout our County. We take the lead where there is nobody else.
Today we are focused on COL. Phil Swinford (ret) who was in an outdoor accident that has left him wheelchair bound. We are focused on finding a way to help provide him and his family a quality of life that is deserved of an individual that has given so much of himself to all of us. He served for 28 years in the US Army leading many young men. Most recently he has been an example of leadership for young men as a Boy Scout leader - including leading them on a 100+ mile hike through the mountains of New Mexico. This man has given so much. Rise Up Prince William has developed a plan that can keep this family in their home and most importantly in the community they need.
