6 month old Dalmatian hit by car

My 6 month old Dalmatian puppy named Penelope was recently hit by a car. She escaped our garage and ran straight for the street getting hit full speed at 40mph. When the car slammed on their brakes, her leg got caught in the tire and they dragged her down the street. She has air under her heart, her back leg is broken off her pelvic area and broken in four different places. On top of that her front leg has to be amputated because the street ripped off all skin, tissue, and nerves. There is nothing left but half her bone. Penelope has to learn to walk all over again as a tripod puppy. I want to do everything I can to save my princess but with all the surgeries and ICU stays and stuff I’m struggling. I’m a recent high school graduate  who just moved to the states from Germany and can not afford this HUGE vet bill but love this baby to pieces and can not lose her. Anything helps! TIA!
