Diane and Richard Peacock Family Fund

My Maine neighbors (see them in video on bottom) lost EVERYTHING on Christmas Eve when the hospital bed Richard was sleeping on in their mobile home had some kind of electric malfunction and some curtains then caught fire (he's a disabled senior with prior heart problems). His wife Diane was at one of her two jobs, working late at her jewelry store job when she learned that he had to run barefoot into the bitter cold only saving himself, his cell phone and their beloved dog - when she heard, she collapsed onto the floor. He then had another heart attack and as of today's date (12/26) is still in the hospital with breathing difficulties. Their mobile home insurance will pay out only a minimal amount and we are hoping to raise enough for them to have a newer used mobile home brought into their rented lot asap. You see - because there was a propane connection nearby - the firemen had to let the fire burn for 45 minutes, which led to destroying everything Diane and Richard had to their name. PLEASE spread the word and give anything you can, because even a small amount from a lot of people will greatly, greatly help (minimum donation is $5). If you can't give, please share website with everyone you can for this true need for some wonderful salt-of-the-earth proud Mainers who've never asked for anything before in their lives. We'd love to show them that people care, even strangers. There has been a special account set up with tax id 35-2491720for the Peacock Family Fund through Atlantic Regional Federal CU and this gofundme donation site is directly linked to so you know you everything is on the up and up about your donation's security. THANK YOU for donating or spreading the word or both ! Here are articles on their double whammy of losing their home and Richard's heart attack:
