Trucks & Teens Assisting Carr Fire

My strong young teenagers, along with their amazing friends, are forming a new organization to assist displaced homeowners from the ravages of the Carr fire. Their name is TTASC: Trucks and Teens Assisting Shasta County displaced homeowners and renters. Our TTASC force is currently collecting names of truck owners and young adults who are willing and able to assist all of our older citizens in need with furniture moving, household supplies moving, and any other other physical chores and challenges needed to be done to help our citizens regain their safety and sense of “home” again. Donations will go towards buying gas cards for their trucks....their physical labor is their gift of love and devotion to the hometown in which they were raised and loved. It’s an honor and a privilege for our teens to give back to the community which has continued to love them unconditionally and nurture their future growth. We won’t let the kids do debris removal...that is only for the professionals and is too dangerous for teens.
