Ira Morgan Allen aka Skip unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, July 1st 2018. With the support of the family and friends, we are raising funds to cover funeral expenses for this unexpected loss. Skip was assumed sleep but found later discovered not breathing and unresponsive. Ira(Skip)Allen will be greatly missed by a host of Relatives and Friends.
