From everyone that reading to help get this fund raising started. The owner is 59 year old man on disability his income is just enough to get the house payment and insurance and utilities payed with very little left over for anything else. He has worked for 50 years until his osteoarthritis in both knees and ankles caused him to go on disability. He will have this home payed off next year and finally have clear title to his home. This home is in need of a furnace it has not worked for this is the 4year now. It would be great if we could get him a furnace before winter sets in. All the windows need resealed and painted . The out side trim around the windows are coming off and causing moisture to get inside the walls. The entire out side needs painted and trim needs replacing. The interior needs some minor work the bathroom needs the entire floor replace. The fence needs replacing it has a 6 foot privacy fence all the way around. His health is not good but he can't afford to pay for doctor appointment and deductible cost for good health care. So we are trying to get him help here too. He has osteoarthritis in both knees and ankles and has one bad hip so his mobility is limited. He has transportation but it's not that reliable so we are trying to get him help here too. If he had reliable transportation he can get himself to and from doctor appointments and to the store for basic needs . If we can get your help to repair this home we would be grateful for your help.
