For Scott Belkner

Scott is an amazing brother, son, nephew, uncle, friend and what ever he is to you he is an inspiration to us all. Scott would give the wheels off of his chair if someone was in need. So I am asking now for a little bit of help for him. Scott needs some dental work. Specifically his front tooth. He needs a root canal and crown. Everyone has gone through some type of dental necessity and knows how expensive this is and how much tooth pain can impede on your life. Unfortunately the devision of disabilities in Arizona does not cover or help in any way when it comes to dental work. Scott has had so many obsticals in his life that he has overcome without complaint, and even this he does not complain. I am asking for help with the cost of this procedure so this isn't another roadblock for him. 
He deserves  better. To have his handsome smile back and to be comfortable again. Like I said before Scott is the most inspirational man I know. Someone to really look up to and he doesn't even realize it.
