My name is Sumaya Shaho and i am a Psychology graduate who wants to work with children in developing countries. I have been accepted to volunteer at Camp Cham Mishko in Northern Iraq, Zaxo.  My connection to the camp is out of humanitarian curiosity and having successfully raised money i have now been accepted to go to the camp and donate clothing using the funds.  As an Iraqi woman who’s been raised in the UK I religiously visit Eastern countries to stay in touch with the diversity of living. At 20 years old I have seen sights that some will only see on TV, while some might even ignore. I believe it is our duty as human beings to offer a shred of sanctuary to those in need. In particular, children. Children are the innocent, the fragile who have yet to develop the diseased concept of selfishness. Children who need refuge yet have no notion of the concept. While I know this is broad and a rather ambitious task, I am here to raise money to supply children living in camps in northern Iraq the simple human right to food, clean water and clothing. It is a small step that will hopefully touch the lives of those with so little. I will be travelling to Iraq once I have hit my £1000 target and using 100% of the donations towards clothing. The money will be withdrawn from my account and converted to Iraqi dinars, converting the money means that I can purchase everything we need once I get to Iraq, Zaxo to the camp Cham Mishko. since the price of clean bottled water, food, and clothing is lower than that of the UK. Pictures and Videos will be taken to prove how the money is spent and how the supplies will be distributed. 100% OF THE DONATIONS WILL GO CLOTHING, TOPS AND BOTTOMS FOR THE CHILDREN.
