Father of 3 fighting for his life

My name is Ashley Herron, I am the Godmother of Travis’ older daughter, Thea.
And she is currently staying with me for now.
Please help Travis Smith. He’s a victim of domestic violence. He is a single father of three children ages 13, 6 and 2. Travis was shot twice with a 45 caliber pistol in his stomach area on Saturday evening June 9 at his home. That same day, he took his children to a friend’s birthday party then a cookout with his family to celebrate an early father’s day.

He’s been in a medically induced coma ever since and has yet to lay eyes on his children. His family and friends have been by his side around the clock with the anticipation that he will wake up soon. Because the injuries are so severe, the doctors are keeping him under. He has already had several surgeries with many more to come.

His 13-year old daughter, Thea, is heartbroken as she’s uncertain if she would still have a parent left. She lost her mother a few years ago. Her daddy is her life.

We are asking for those who know Travis and those who don’t to please help this father. How he takes care of his family is through working with his hands in construction. Since he’s been in a coma, the bills are adding up. The doctors are uncertain as to when he will be able to get back to work. Months? Years?

This guy would do anything for anyone in need. His heart is so big that he goes above and beyond for friends and strangers alike.

We know the greatest physician, our father God, has his hands on him and working through him, but we ask you to reach down in your pockets and help us reach our goal.
