My name is Stacy Marrano. I have the incredible privilege to be this special lady’s colleague and most importantly, her friend. In early May, our dear friend and cherished colleague Candice was struck with a devastating breast cancer diagnosis that has turned hers and her families lives upside down. She has bravely taken on the battle with full force but as we all know, the world around us doesn't stop to take heed. With 2 young children to raise, financial obligations and leave from work in her midst, we as her privileged colleagues have decided we need to do all we can to help her win this fight. As a critical care nurse, Candice has dedicated her life to helping people at their most vulnerable, let’s try to make this time of vulnerability a little easier for her and her family.
