Living In Toxic Apartment Help!

Our toilet clogged this weekend. We called our apartments maintenance guy and he came and overflowed our toilet and left without telling us. 1/2 of our apartment was flooded with brown water. Property management refused to get it professionally sanitized and cleaned. It’s under the hardwoods and will cause mold. My insurance guy said it is a level 3 health hazard and my property management needs to put us in a hotel until they clean it and fix it, but our property management refused to do so even though it’s the law. I am living in a small one bedroom apartment with my cat and 3 month old puppy who doesn’t have all his vaccinations yet. The property management has finally agreed to let us out of our lease with no penalty, but now we are faced with the huge costs of moving to a new apartment. We really need help with covering the moving costs and the damages the flood caused. Please even $1 would help us we did absolutely nothing wrong and ended up with the worst weekend. I’ve had to take 36 hours off of work to deal with this because they didn’t even get back to me with that i have to move out ASAP until today (Tuesday) and it happened (Saturday)
