Joel&Mireya Funeral/Hospital Costs

On Friday May 11th, dear co- workers of Lani Kai and Salt Crab were involved in a fatal crash caused by another driving swerving trying to avoid lumber that was lost from a truck into the Lopez family, killing his brother (Joel Cervera Lopez), having a broken back himself (Antonio Abreu Lopez), and his mother (Mireya López Ramos) still hospitalized in critical condition, they are in desperate need of help. They moved here two and half years ago from Cuba, and work very hard and live life with so much love. They are Lani Kai ohana, and ohana means family, and family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten. They truly didn't deserve this sadness just days before mother's day. Every little thing helps, they need so much help. Please we beg for anyone to help, for a mother on mother's day that can't be with her two boys, just help them know they aren't alone in this.
