Sonya’s Brain Tumour surgery fund

Well our journey started 10 days before Christmas in December 2015, our lives as we knew it where shattered when mum was diagnosed with a brain Tumour in her 4th ventricle. Unable to be biopsied, surgery, a full craniotomy was the only option. Surgery happened in May 2016 in which it was found that the Tumour was an extremely rare Choroid Plexus Papilloma. After an extremely long and ongoing recovery, the unthinkable became a harsh reality when in February this year mum had her annual follow up MRI only to discover that there was now a new Tumour growing in her frontal lobe, a Meningioma. Professor Charlie Teo was consulted & he advised to remove the tumour. He is the only surgeon in Australia that can do this op via key hole surgery but it comes with a huge financial costing about $50,000-$100,000. So here we are now. I need your help to raise the surgery money, any donations count so please help.
My mum is the most amazing person and dose not deserve this, she is an inspiration to everyone and is always there for anyone that needs a shoulder to cry on so now it’s our turn to help her.
